I appreciated his help and his knowledge of the law was very impressive. He didn't take any "stuff" from the Carnation company's lawyer. He helped keep me calm because I knew he would take care of any unusual questions that they brought up in the deposition (and they did) and he was so very professional in the arbitration part, too. He kept the issues under control when Carnation lawyers tried to get the talks off track. I want to thank him for his help!!! I was glad he took my case and I would recommend him in a heartbeat. Chris, you were sympathetic to my son's injury when other attorneys and firms made us feel as if his body part were completely insignificant and that we should just go on with our lives, ignore his injury, and act as if it was okay to let the big guy continue to hurt the little guy. You knew that there would be a battle ahead with little to possibly no pay-out for you. You were not just about the quick dollar but saw us as a family with a real concern and a cause. NOT ONLY did you get us a settlement offer, you advised we turn it down and see his injury case through to court. You won my son's case and won him 3-4 times the amount offered as a settlement. Where other attorneys said it could not be done, you got it done. Your steadfast attention to my son's case and belief in doing what was 'right' gave my son back some dignity and pride. This is beyond anything money could have given him. He actually softened some again within 24 hours of the verdict, he thanked me for not giving up, not quitting after the 3rd attorney. You did not abandon him, you saw us and his case through til the end, which was by all standards a WINNING verdict. His medical bills were paid and then some. The long road through the process of a deliberately dragged out law suit for my son's personal injury was a true learning experience. An experience my son, myself and my family will never forget.
