Mr. Elliott began his career as a prosecutor with the 20th Judicial Circuit of Florida, where he handled a wide range of criminal matters, including DUIs, misdemeanors, and felony offenses. This foundation inside the State Attorney’s Office provided him with a rare and invaluable perspective, an insider’s understanding of how cases are charged, negotiated, and tried by the government. That experience continues to inform his approach today, allowing him to anticipate prosecutorial strategy and defend his clients with precision and confidence.
After his time as a prosecutor, Mr. Elliott transitioned into private practice, where he helped build and ultimately became a shareholder at one of the nation’s premier personal injury firms. Over the course of his career, he has secured multiple seven-figure verdicts and settlements and has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of individuals and families harmed by negligence, defective drugs and medical devices, catastrophic accidents, and dangerous premises.
